Ingredients:
-All purpose flour: 100 gr
-Milk: 150 ml
-Egg: 1 (weight 60-65 gr/ each)
-Unsalted butter: 30 gr (melt)
-Baking powder: 2 tsp (~10gr)
-Sugar: 10 gr (you can increase amount of sugar 10-20 gr if you prefer sweeter taste)
-Salt: a pinch
-Vanilla extract: ½ tsp (optional)
Decoration:
-Powdered sugar: 5-10 gr (optional)
-Maple/ fruit syrup as your favorite (optional)
Kitchen utensil:
-Non-stick fry pan
Instructions:
- Mix 100 gr all purpose flour with 2 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, pour milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla extract and stir well.
- Sieve the mixed flour into mixing bowl, then add 10 gr sugar.
- Use a whisk or spatula to stir and mix the ingredient. Please note that don’t over mix the batter
- Preheat non-stick pan and brush a thin layer of oil/ butter on cooking pan surface.
- Pour a spoon of batter on hot pan and wait for around 1-2 minutes.
- When you see the tiny bubbles on its surface, flip the pancake and wait for 30-60 seconds. Then remove from cooking pan.
- Repeat the same process for other pancakes. With the amount of its batter, you can make around 8-9 pcs
- Sieve a thin layer of powdered sugar before serving or serve with syrups or fruits.
