Ingredient
-Fresh strawberry: 100 gr – thin sliced
-Chocolate: 200 gr
-Choco chip: optional
-Dried nuts: optional

-Square pan or mousse ring 16×16 cm
Instruction
1. Dried strawberry slices
- Preheat oven at 100-110 Celsius degree
- Wash and drain fresh strawberries, cut into thin slices
- Arrange strawberry slices on baking tray that lined parchment paper
- Bake the strawberries at 100 Celsius degree in 45 minutes, then remove from oven and turn the slices over. Bring back to bake in oven for another 30-45 minutes until strawberry slices completely dried
Please note that don’t bake strawberries for too long or high temperature to prevent the slices from burning
- Remove strawberry slices from baking tray and let it cool
2. Chocolate molding
- Place parchment paper into square mold
- Melt 200 gr chocolate by using double boiler or microwave and pour it into mold
- Use a spatula to smoothen chocolate surface
- Gently place dried strawberry slices on melt chocolate
You also can decorate chocolate bark with choco chips or any kind of your favorite nuts
- Refrigerate chocolate mold in 15-20 minutes to harden the chocolate
- Remove it from mold and cut into bar with hot knife
You can wrap a bar of chocolate and decorate as small present for your beloved 😉
ATTENTION!
- To melt chocolate with double boiler, you should turn the heat at low/ medium heat and stir continuously to prevent the chocolate from burning
