Ingredient
-Passion fruit: 12 fresh passion fruits
-Sugar: 100-120 gr

Instruction
- Soak and wash the passion fruits salty water.
- Cut half of passion fruit and use a spoon to take out the passion fruit meat and juice.
- Sieve the passion fruit meat to remove the seeds. We can collect around 80-100 ml passion fruit juice after sieving
- Pour the juice into a saucepan. Add 100-120 gr sugar, stir slightly.
- Turn on the stove at medium heat. If the juice is not sweet enough, add gradually 10-20 gr sugar until its taste is balance.
- When the juice start boiling, turn the stove at low heat and stir quickly to prevent it from overcooked.
- After 5-10 min, the syrup is thicker and more condensed. Turn off the heat.
Please note that you don’t need to cook it too condensed because the syrup will be thicker when it’s cool.
- Pour the syrup in jar and let cool
- Reserve passion fruit syrup in closed jar in fridge for 2-3 months.
